Elizabeth Scheibel

Liz Scheibel thrives on opportunities to present her clients’ positions in court, whether to a judge or jury. She loves legal research, writing, court rules and combining all of those to create effective strategies that put her clients in the best position to get their definition of a win. Liz focuses on patent litigation in federal district courts but has broad experience that includes contract disputes (intellectual property-related and otherwise), business tort claims, trademark and trade dress litigation, and Tucker Act suits against the federal government. In addition to practicing in federal district courts around the country, Liz has practiced in state courts, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the United States Court of Federal Claims and federal appellate courts.
