About the event

Department of Justice policy has long encouraged the use of parallel proceedings—the simultaneous or successive pursuit and coordination of civil, criminal, and/or administrative remedies based on an alleged offense or violation. But while parallel proceedings allow the efficient use of government resources, they also bring with them a host of complex strategic, procedural, and ethical issues for both the government and defendants.

Please join us for a panel discussion featuring three former federal prosecutors as we explore these issues and some of the things attorneys should consider in navigating them.

The panel will take place on September 28, 2023 from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. and will be followed by a social hour from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.
