Please join us on Wednesday, October 9 for our next FBA monthly luncheon, featuring a panel discussing the Supreme Court’s recent decision overturning Chevron. The panelists will discuss the background, reasoning, and practical effects of the Supreme Court’s decision.
The panel will include Judge Charles Webber (Minnesota Courts, First Judicial District), Professor Mehmet Konar-Steenberg (Mitchell Hamline School of Law), and Aaron Van Oort (Partner, Faegre Drinker).
