Please join Judge Elizabeth Cowan Wright and the Civil Discovery Practice Group on Thursday, May 16, 2024, for a presentation on disclosure obligations under Rule 26(a)(1). Often viewed as a check-the-box requirement, these disclosures can make or break your case. Judge Wright and a panel of experienced civil practitioners will discuss tips for breaking out of generic, template disclosures and lessons from key cases. Refreshments and a light breakfast will be served.
