An Interview with Clerk of Court Kate Fogarty, Chair Ceremony Celebrating Judge Tunheim, and Leadership Vote
Please join us for our last monthly luncheon of the season, featuring District of Minnesota Clerk of Court Kate Fogarty, in an interview conducted by incoming Chapter President Magistrate Judge Wright! We will also be celebrating Senior Judge Tunheim’s contributions to the District and our federal bar in our tradition of presenting an inscribed chair as a token of our thanks. Finally, there will be a vote on leadership for next year. We encourage everyone to attend!
For the past six years, Clerk Fogarty has been leading the District’s Clerk’s Office, and she previously served as District Administrator for the Fourth Judicial District Court in Hennepin County. During this engaging discussion, Clerk Fogarty will share her path to court administration and her passion for public service, insights from her experience in both state and federal courts, important tips and information for practitioners today, and predictions of what is to come in the future.
