About the event
Please join us on Wednesday, March 11 for our next FBA monthly luncheon. Given the unprecedented rise in the number of federal habeas cases in the District of Minnesota, the lunch will feature a panel discussion on habeas litigation. The panel will discuss this area of the law, their experiences litigating habeas cases in the federal courts, and how others can become involved to assist in these types of cases. The panel will feature Chelsea Walcker (Groundwork Legal, co-founder), Anupama Sreekanth (Shareholder, Fredrickson & Byron), Kevin Riach (Law Office of Kevin Riach), and Kim Boche and Teresa Padron of the Habeas Collective. CLE credit will be applied for.
