About the event
The Minnesota Chapter of the Federal Bar Association is excited to announce the return of the IP Odyssey CLE Program. This year’s panel will examine recent IP-related decisions regarding secondary copyright liability, human authorship, expert opinions on patent damages, and patent damages generally. The panel will also explore an ongoing dispute that involves the United States Trademark Office, federal court, and how one of the biggest music stars in the world approaches brand protection. The panelists will connect these decisions and cases to everyday IP practice, covering enforcement strategy, litigation, cross-disciplinary IP considerations, and brand protection.
