Please join us on Wednesday, February 11 for our next FBA monthly luncheon, featuring a discussion on the Supreme Court’s recent decision in Berk v. Choy, in which the Court unanimously held that a Delaware statute requiring an affidavit of merit in medical malpractice cases was not required in federal court under the Erie doctrine. The discussion will be led by Jeff Justman (Faegre Drinker, Partner), Josh Jacobson (Law Office of Josh Jacobson, President), and Brandon Thompson (Ciresi Conlin, Partner). CLE credit will be applied for.
