We are pleased to invite you to the 49th Annual Federal Practice Seminar on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. The seminar will be in-person at the University of Minnesota’s McNamara Alumni Center. CLE programming will be preceded at the same location by coffee and pastries from 8:30 to 9:00 a.m., and will be followed by a reception from 4:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The Federal Practice Seminar will be headlined by a discussion between outgoing Chief Judge Schiltz, U.S. Court of Appeals Judge Loken and incoming Chief Judge Tostrud, as well as a discussion among the general counsels…
